Editorial Policy

Polytricks aims to publish political and public-interest content that is accurate, contextual and clearly distinguished between reporting, opinion and analysis.

Verification and Sources

For factual claims, we prefer primary documents, official statements, election data, government records, court or police records where available, and direct statements from identifiable sources. Where a claim cannot be independently verified, we aim to label it appropriately rather than present it as established fact.

News, Analysis and Opinion

News reports should focus on verified developments. Analytical articles may interpret political events, strategy, electoral trends and public impact, but factual statements should remain distinguishable from analysis or inference.

Headlines and Thumbnails

Headlines, thumbnails and social-media captions should not materially misrepresent the underlying article. Strong framing may be used for analysis, but it should remain consistent with the facts presented in the story.

Political Fairness

Polytricks covers contested political issues and may publish sharply argued analysis. When serious allegations concern identifiable people or institutions, relevant responses, official records or contrary evidence should be included when reasonably available.
