Corrections Policy
Polytricks is committed to correcting material factual errors in published content as quickly and transparently as reasonably possible.
How to Request a Correction
If you believe an article contains a factual error, please contact us through the Get In Touch page. Please include the article link, the specific statement you believe is incorrect, and any supporting document, source or evidence.
How We Review Requests
We review correction requests against the original source material and any reliable evidence provided. Where additional verification is required, the article may be reviewed against official records, direct statements or other credible sources.
What We Correct
We correct material errors involving names, dates, figures, quotations, election results, official positions, legal or government records, and other verifiable factual claims. Differences of political opinion or interpretation are not automatically factual errors.
Updates and Clarifications
When new verified information materially changes the context of an article, we may update or clarify the story. Significant corrections should be made in a way that does not conceal the substance of the original error.
